General Manager – Healthy QSR

Compensation: $70,000 – $80,000

Location: New York, NY

My client is an innovative food company, currently seeking a General Manager, offering the opportunity to be part of a dynamic team dedicated to providing fresh and wholesome meals to customers.

Responsibilities: 

• Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, including supervising staff, managing inventory, and ensuring quality standards are met
• Monitor financial performance and assist in budgeting and cost control measures
• Interview, hire, onboard, train, schedule, supervise and develop team
• Maintain compliance with all local health and safety regulations, food safety standards, and company policies
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and other stakeholders to promote the restaurant's brand and reputation

Key Requirements: 

• 2-3 years experience in a similar role, preferably in a quick service environment
• Knowledge of restaurant operations, including inventory management, cost control, and food safety regulations
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Understanding of financial management principles and experience in budgeting and forecasting
