Master Technician – Aylesbury –  Main Dealership – £38,000
 
We are working with a Main dealership in the area who are looking for an experienced Master Technician to join their busy Service Department.

- Basic salary £38,000 with an OTE of £50K+ with team bonus and overtime
- Annual leave 20 days a year, plus 3 extra days for Christmas closure

Key Master Technician Roles and Responsibilities:

- As Master Technician you will undertake maintenance, service, and repair activities on motor vehicles to the highest standard
- Effectively record details of diagnosis, work completed, and components utilised in line with group and manufacturer standards
- To be aware of the importance and implication of maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and work to ensure they are always met

 Minimum Master Technician Requirements:

- Diagnostic / Master Technician level (however we are also looking for a Service Technician / MOT Tester)
- Have at least 2 years’ experience after a qualifying period, of working in a Dealership as a Master Technician/Mechanic (or similar)
- Must have a Driving License
- Take responsibility for the quality and quantity of their work
