Location: Canyon Point, UT

Salary: $90,000

The Client:

An upscale hotel, renowned for its luxurious amenities and breathtaking surroundings, is seeking talented Chef de Cuisine to join its culinary team.

This opportunity offers the chance to showcase culinary expertise amidst a highly talented team, creating unforgettable dining experiences for guests.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the culinary operations, ensuring guests are provided with an outstanding experience
• Ensure the food is prepared, plated, and served efficiently and to the highest standards
• Recruit a high performing team.
  
  Train staff in proper cooking techniques and adherence to recipes and quality standards
• Establish appropriate staffing levels and conduct daily shift briefings with culinary team members
• Manage inventory, labour and food costs

Key Requirements:

• 5+ years of kitchen management experience in a similar role
• Possess a hands-on attitude
• Strong financial acumen and leadership skills
• Genuine passion for food and dedication to delivering exceptional dining experiences
