Family Solicitor (NQ to 3 years PQE)

They specialise in providing comprehensive legal advice across the spectrum of family law.

From marital breakdown and finances to domestic abuse and child care matters, this firm are committed to supporting their clients through some of life's most challenging situations.

Their work encompasses both publicly funded and private client cases, necessitating a thorough understanding of legal aid eligibility rules.

As a valued member of a vibrant and experienced team, you will have the opportunity to work on a diverse range of cases, honing your advocacy skills in court proceedings.

You will prioritise client care and be able to empathetically engage with clients during vulnerable stages of their lives, building trust and providing support when it's needed most.

Ideally, you will have prior experience or training in a family law department, to enable you to thrive in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same.

Key Responsibilities:

- Providing expert legal advice on family law matters
- Handling a mix of publicly funded and private client cases
- Representing clients in court proceedings
- Building and maintaining relationships with agencies and contacts in the field
