As a Tech Lead, you'll be an integral part of our agile team, providing technical guidance and ensuring adherence to development processes.

We're seeking a candidate who is passionately customer-focused, dedicated to quality, and adept at timely delivery.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with Product and Software Development Managers to prioritize, define, and guide the delivery of product features within the dynamic realm of Future State Architecture.


• Work closely within our development team to enhance scalability, performance, maintainability, configurability, and usability.


• Offer support, guidance, and mentorship to fellow team members.


• Engage in all phases of feature development, from conception to deployment, contributing to ongoing updates and enhancements.


• Address diverse challenges across the product and codebase landscape.

Essential skills:

• Proficiency in React Native


• Experience with Azure.


• Demonstrated leadership in leading a team of developers.


• Ability to liaise effectively with stakeholders in UX, Product, DevOps, and Architecture.


• Strong capability to translate business requirements into software designs.
