Senior Marketing Data Analyst

The Opportunity

Are you passionate about data? This is a great opportunity to work an exciting role as a Senior Data Marketing Performance Analyst, working together with both the Marketing and Data teams to ensure the business is diagnosing the market, identifying new growth opportunities and better understanding what is and isn't driving growth.

Key Accountabilities:

• Work with the data analytics team to improve end-to-end visibility on acquisition data across marketing & sales touchpoints.


• Report on month-end marketing outcomes (leads, new sales, new users, sales conversion rate, first-month yield) and marketing efficiency metrics (sales conversion rate, CAC trends, CAC payback period, marketing ROI).


• Provide insights and present to the marketing team to help them understand opportunities to improve these metrics.


• Enhance the existing attribution models for both customers and consumers to help the business better understand what investment is helping improve progress towards our objectives.

The ideal profile for this role will have:

• Proven experience working in a data analyst role, facing into or working alongside a marketing team - Strong working knowledge of BI tools (I.e.
  
  Looker, Tableau, PowerBI, etc) and Excel skills


• Strong stakeholder management and ability to communicate articulately and present back to senior leaders


• Marketplace or subscription-based experience essential


• Advanced level of SQL or equivalent


• Intermediary level of UA/GA4/Digital analytics experience


• Media mix modelling/econometrics experience will be highly regarded
