We are currently recruiting for our fantastic client who are expanding and would like to hear from you if you are a skilled Upholsterer with previous experience within the furniture sector.

They  design and manufacture quality, bespoke and long-lasting contract furniture for the hospitality, leisure and Marine industry across the UK, in Europe and beyond.

As a skilled upholsterer, you will be joining a dedicated group of skilled individuals who take pride in their work and ensure quality at all points of the process.
The successful candidate will be able to hit the ground running - you  will need to have excellent attention to detail and be able to produce work to the  required high standards.

You will need to be able to work as part of a team and not be afraid to ask questions.

Skills required for a skilled Upholsterer: 

- Relevant up-to-date experience in an upholstery role.
- Be able to do all aspects of Upholstery, including patterning, cutting, sewing, tacking
- The ability to take accurate measurements and work out amounts of materials
- Excellent attention to detail
- Good spoken and written English
- Patience and perseverance
- Safety-awareness
- Be dependable and professional
- Be resourceful and self-confident
- Self-motivated with the ability to work without supervision
- CSCS Card desirable

Interview will consist of upholstering a unit in line with drawing handovers.

You will be  required to wear safety shoes/boots.
