Who are we recruiting for:



Our client is a globally recognized EPC contractor and Developer for Solar projects and has successfully developed, engineered, constructed and maintained more than 500 PV projects in three continents, amounting to a total capacity of over 2000 megawatts.

They have already a full pipeline of new projects to be completed in the next years..



In addition, they have a geographically diversified utility-scale solar power project pipeline of around 10 GWp, with projects being developed in the U.S., Japan, Latin America, Australia, EMEA, South East Asia, India and China



What will you be doing:



-Managing and coordinating duties related to planning, assisting management in issuing requests for pricing, competitive review, and purchasing or contracting of BOS materials and services;


- Ensure cost competitiveness, on-time delivery and product quality;


- Ensure construction projects are completed on time and on a budget from start to finish according to schedule, specifications and budget;


- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly project status updates reports for management and external stakeholders;


-Liaise with sub-contractors and 3rd party service providers on the strict guidelines given to them in order to meet customer expectations;


-Work in conjunction with in-house system designers as well as EPC partners to prepare project-specific system design plans that take into account customer site and project considerations as well as pertinent local codes and regulations;


-Oversee project execution to ensure that all systems are installed exactly, according to plan and that there are no technical installation errors committed that would decrease system performance or lifespan or cause potential system failure;


-Liaise with project stakeholders on an ongoing basis



Are you the ideal candidate?



-BS in Engineering (Electrical, Civil, or Mechanical) preferred;


-Minimum 5+ years experience in the Project Management field;


-Experience in construction project management is a must.


-Strong understanding of PV system design, including the proper usage of basic components and conventional installation and interconnection methods;


-Ability to elicit cooperation from a wide variety of sources, including upper management, clients and other departments;


-It is essential that the Project Manager possess strong communication skills, including the ability to give persuasive presentations.
