ServiceNow ITSM Configuration Manager

We are recruiting on behalf of our client for an ServiceNow ITSM Configuration Manager.

In this role, you will be responsible for the core of my clienrts ITSM – the CMDB.

You will develop and adapt configuration management processes, ensuring they are effectively and compliantly implemented across their global IT organisation.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Manage day-to-day operations related to configuration management and establish processes to maintain a healthy CMDB.
  • Update and improve CMDB data, driving improvement projects and actions related to configuration management.
  • Set and adapt KPIs around the CMDB, reporting on KPI performance.
  • Represent configuration process management in contract activities with internal and external customers (including partners).
  • Provide training and support to the internal organisation on process management.
  • Ensure the launch and improvement of processes around configuration management.

Qualifications:


  • Expert in ITSM with advanced ITIL certification or extensive experience in Lean, including advanced Six-Sigma certification.
  • Deep experience with ServiceNow CMDB and other modules.
  • Familiarity with regulated environments (e.g., GxP, CSV) and other IT quality-relevant topics.
  • In-depth knowledge and experience in defining and controlling SLAs, KPIs, and contract-relevant service management topics.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (German is a plus), enabling you to build and maintain trusting relationships with colleagues and stakeholders worldwide.

Excellent Market rates payable.  6 months contract with possible extensions.
