JOB DESCRIPTION



The Operator in the roofing department is responsible for the following:


Solvent Base Adhesives and Mastics Production

This function includes the following:

Adding all the Raw materials to the mixers including the required manual raw material additions as required.

Perform quality control test on finished goods per established guide lines.

Package the finished goods in 2 and 5 gallon pails, 55 gallon drums and 450 gallon totes.

Stack full 2 gallon and 5 gallon pails on skids and stretch wrap.

Handle empty 55 gallon drums during set up.

Use fork lift to move raw material and finished goods.


Solvent Free Adhesive and Polymer Production

This function includes the following:

Adding all the Raw materials to the mixers including the required manual raw material additions as required.

Handle empty Raw material drums to ensure proper draining.

Perform quality control test on finished goods per established guide lines.

Package the finished goods in 3 and 5 gallon pails.

Stack full 3 gallon and 5 gallon pails on skids and stretch wrap.



Use fork lift to move raw material and finished goods.
