Charles Hunter Associates are looking for a Senior Social Worker to join their Localities Team.

Do not apply for this role unless you have a Social Work Bachelor's Degree, is Registered with Social Work England, have completed an ASYE Year and have 2 years Post Qualifying Experience.

About the team:

The Team in Wigan Council looking for an experienced Senior Social Worker to join their Localities Team.

Your main responsibilities will be holding a complex caseload of Children under the care of the Council, assessing the needs of Children and ensure the appropriate care plans are in place, collaborating with other professionals in the service.

Other responsibilities include supporting the Team Manager.

About you:

The successful candidate will be a passionate and dedicated professional, with a strong working knowledge of Children's Social Work Legislation.

Previous experience of working within a Frontline Children's Social Work Team.
