They are currently looking for a Construction Project Manager to join the team on a project in Bond Street.

This is a permanent role.

They are looking for someone with extensive experience in Ground Works related to Cut and Carve.

Package Management:

• Drainage package


• Underpinning package


• Temporary Works Package


• Demo Package: Masonry and Brickwork


• Permanent Steel Structures

Skills and requirements:

• Valid CSCS


• SMSTS


• First Aid


• Temporary Works Ticket


• Ground Works experience


• Strong work ethic and communication skills

Salary negotiable depending on experience.
