CMHN within an integrated Community Mental Health Team, older age adults (65+)

To hold a caseload; assess, monitor and offer advice, support and guidance to our patients and their carers and families.



The Service is a specialist team providing assessment, treatment and support for individuals suffering from organic and functional mental health illness.

Experience of working with older adults with organic / functional mental illness in an inpatient or community setting would be an advantage.

The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, self-motivated and hard-working, with a positive approach to delivering high quality care to the older adult and be willing to work collaboratively with carers and other professionals.

You will carry a defined caseload and manage this with the support of the team leader and the wider team.

We also offer a £250 bonus for starting this contract this will be paid out to you after 150 hours completed (4 Weeks)
