Pay - £16.02 Per hour Umbrella Ltd

Hours - 35 Per week

Service Care Solutions have a Cleaning vacancy on an initial 3 month temporary basis working with a client based in North London.

The main requirement for this role will be to carry out cleaning duties to a high standard in all communal, internal and external areas, void properties and complete low level maintenance tasks as specified in the cleaning schedule, using mechanical equipment where appropriate.

Essential Criteria

• Ability to work unsupervised, managing time effectively and working to deadlines.


• Be able to work as part of a team to achieve a common goal.


• Able to provide simple written reports and record numerical data.


• Have the ability to use tools and equipment safely and correctly, and to adopt safe working practices.


• Ability to identify problems and opportunities and propose solutions.
  
  Demonstrate commitment to customer care.

We are seeking a candidate who has previous cleaning experience within buildings.
