This role involves working on a private riverside housing project, offering a unique chance to be part of a project from its inception.

• Proven experience in quantity surveying for projects built from the ground up

About the Role:

• BSc Quantity Surveying or equivalent qualification.


• Minimum of 3 years' experience as a Quantity Surveyor.


• Experience in RC Frame town centre developments, or related sectors.


• Strong technical, communication, and teamwork skills essential.
