Team Leader required to support our client in Totton working with a small team to support a young adult who suffers from Mental Health, Autism, Self Harming and Learning disabilities.

You must have the Right to Work in the UK.

About the role:

You will be managing a small team of staff, supporting with rota writing and running of the day.

About you:

A successful candidate will have empathy, compassion, and a genuine concern for others and want to listen and empower vulnerable people.

You will have excellent communication skills and be committed to the role itself.

You will have experience as a senior support worker, team leader or manager within the social care sector.

Pay starts from £16.00 per hour PAYE and £20.34 per hour Umbrella.

Requirements for you as a Team Leader:

• Experience as a Senior Support Worker / Team Leader.


• Confident in working independently and being proactive.


• Self-motivated individual with clear communication skills.


• Enhanced Child and Adult DBS on the Update Service.
  
  

Shift Times for you as a Team Leader:

• Monday - Friday.
  
  


• Occasionally a weekend day and 1 sleep in a month.


• 8am - 8pm.
