Hire Desk Controllers

Tudor Employment Agency are currently recruiting for Hire Desk Controllers to work for our Client based in Kingsbury (B78).

Are you the type of person who enjoys regularly interacting with customers? Offering support with enquiries and seamlessly converting them in to sales? This could be the role for you!

The ideal candidate:

• Must have access to own vehicle due to location
• Must have customer service experience
• Happy to work in a busy operational environment
• Work well in a team and also independently
• Enjoy thinking on your feet and using your own initiative to ensure an exceptional customer service experience
• Good organisational skills
• Ability to multi task and prioritise deadlines
• Good knowledge of MS Office including Word & Excel

Duties will include:

• Delivering a best-in-class service whilst using product knowledge and expertise to maximise upselling opportunities
• Communicating with customers on the telephone, via email and responding to all requests
• Managing an order from enquiry to post-hire feedback
• Taking ownership of the customer journey and building relationships with regular customers

Hours of Work: 8.30am – 5pm Monday to Friday

Rate of Payu: £26,000 per annum
