A premium care home in Wallingford is now looking for a keenly experienced Care Assistant (HCA) to join the team as a Senior Care Assistant, supporting older people to live well in a warm and welcoming place.

As a Senior Care Assistant, you will be trusted to support the more advanced elements of clinical care (such as medication and care planning) and to mentor more junior members of the team, helping to maintain a restful and enjoyable environment for the residents.

This is a permanent, full-time Senior Care Assistantposition, 36h per week, days or nights available.

Person specification:

• (Essential) Previous professional experience as a Care Assistant in an elderly care setting
• (Essential) Level 3 qualification in Health and Social Care (or equivalent)
