Job Opportunity: Clinical Negligence Solicitor

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Clinical Negligence Solicitor to join my clients esteemed legal team and are inviting applications from Solicitors with a minimum of 3 years PQE who are ready to bring their expertise and dedication to our clients.

About the Role:

As a Clinical Negligence Solicitor, you will be an integral part of their busy office, working alongside a friendly and professional team.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

- Managing a clinical negligence caseload.
- Providing expert advice and guidance to clients.
- Leveraging knowledge and experience of the Proclaim Case Management System (desirable but not essential).

Key Skills and Requirements:
 

- Minimum of 3 years PQE in clinical negligence.
- Experience in dealing with Delayed Diagnosis of Cancer and Birth Injury cases.
- Excellent communication and telephone skills.
- Strong litigation experience.
- Proficient keyboard and IT skills.
- Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to prioritise effectively.
- Meticulous attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
