• Position: Full-time, permanent

About the Role:

• Managing a diverse portfolio of client accounts


• Handling renewals and mid-term adjustments


• Providing exceptional customer service to clients and stakeholders


• Assisting with various insurance-related tasks


• Working closely with clients to understand and meet their insurance needs

The Ideal Candidate:

• Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar commercial insurance role


• Strong knowledge of insurance products and industry practices


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills


• Proven ability to manage renewals and provide accurate, timely information


• Meticulous attention to detail and robust organisational skills


• Capable of working independently and collaboratively within a team
