About the Role

As a Cybersecurity Consultant, you will be crucial in delivering cutting-edge solutions to bolster our client's cybersecurity framework across various locations including Berlin, Munich, Cologne, Düsseldorf, Hamburg, Frankfurt, and Stuttgart.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Leadership: Lead impactful projects by leveraging advanced cybersecurity methodologies to create bespoke solutions.


• Strategic Influence: Drive digitalisation initiatives for leading global enterprises, addressing both organisational and technical cybersecurity needs.


• Comprehensive Assessments: Conduct in-depth cybersecurity assessments, risk analyses, and develop strategic roadmaps to enhance client security.


• Policy Formulation: Develop and implement robust cybersecurity strategies, policies, and procedures.


• Framework Architecture: Design and deploy state-of-the-art cybersecurity frameworks to secure digital assets.

Requirements

Essential Qualifications:

• Degree in (business) informatics or a related field.


• 18 months to 3 years of relevant cybersecurity experience, preferably in IT consulting.


• Proven experience in leading smaller project teams.


• Familiarity with cybersecurity frameworks (ISO/IEC 27000, NIST, COBIT, etc.).


• Proficiency in cybersecurity policy development, security assessments, architecture design, and more.


• Strong business case construction skills.


• Ability to thrive in diverse, global teams with a flexible approach and willingness to travel.


• Proficiency in both German and English.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Additional certifications in cybersecurity (CISSP, CISM, etc.).


• Experience with cloud security and emerging technologies.
