KHR have the pleasure of supporting a highly successful construction company with a high-profile client base across the UK.



Due to the expansion of the business, there is an apparent need to hire an experienced Quality Systems and Supplier Management Coordinator.

This is a new hire for the business so you will have the opportunity to work directly with the Senior Management Team.



The core deliverables of the Quality Systems and Supplier Management Coordinator will include;

- Maintaining the company's quality systems and carrying out period checks and audits
- Ensure the company's operations are carried out in accordance with policy and its ISO accreditation requirements
- Provide reports to senior management on compliance and provide any recommendations to improve its quality management processes and systems
- Managing the company's supply chain on-boarding and due diligence processes
- Engage with suppliers and contractors to ensure their competency details are evaluated and checked for compliance with company policies

Candidate Profile

- Hold a relevant technical/administrative qualification
- Previous experience working in a similar role
- Experience working in the construction industry
- Knowledge of ISO and general IMS/QMS systems
- Experience in maintaining information management systems and supporting quality processes in an ISO-accredited environment
- Good planning and organisational skills
- Excellent data management / IT skills (MS Office and SharePoint)
- Excellent communication skills and a good team worker
