Job Overview

Worcestershire County Council are seeking a dedicated and experienced Contact Worker to join their team.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise family time and ensure that it is safe, child appropriate, and enjoyable


• Complete written recordings of observations of family time


• Ensure that the written recordings are accurate, factual, and reflect the time the family has spent together


• Work with children who are predominantly looked after, along with immediate and extended family members


• Facilitate family time sessions both within venues and within the community

Requirements

• Previous experience in a similar role is essential


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills


• Valid driving license and access to a vehicle
