ServiceNow Technical Consultant -Germany

Our industry-leading client based in Germany is seeking an experienced Technical Consultant to join their dynamic team.

The role is entirely remote, but applicants must be legally eligible to work in Germany and possess German language proficiency at a minimum of B2 level.

Role Overview

As a ServiceNow Technical Consultant, you will design, develop, and implement bespoke ServiceNow solutions based on client needs.

Collaborating closely with clients, you will ensure the delivery of robust and scalable solutions.

This position is ideal for an experienced professional with deep ServiceNow expertise and a passion for driving technological innovation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and design customised ServiceNow applications and modules.
  • Work closely with clients to understand their requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Tailor and configure ServiceNow workflows, forms, and user interface elements.
  • Integrate ServiceNow with external systems and databases.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting expertise both during and post-implementation.
  • Maintain detailed documentation of developed solutions and best practices.
  • Perform testing and debugging to ensure solutions are high-quality and functional.
  • Stay current with the latest developments in ServiceNow and industry trends.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a ServiceNow Technical Consultant, with a strong portfolio of successful projects.
  • Deep expertise in ServiceNow development, configuration, and integration.
  • Familiarity with ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, and other ServiceNow applications.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Fluency in German and English.
  • Legal right to work in Germany.
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and Certified Application Developer (CAD) certifications are highly desirable.
