Registered Nurse - Deputy Manager

A fantastic opportunity is now available for a Registered Nurse (RN Adult or RMN) to join a luxury care home in Worcester as their Deputy Manager.

At this purpose-built, fully “Good”-rated home, residents’ daily living, nursing and dementia care needs are fully and comfortably accommodated.

As the Deputy Manager, you will be the home’s Clinical Lead: heading upthe delivery of optimal nursing care across the home and assisting the General Manager with the home’s operations.

Your role will be all about monitoring regulatory compliance, assuring quality in all areas, and overseeing your team’s clinical practice and wellbeing, to ensure every resident experiences the very best care and quality of life possible.

This is a permanent, full-time Deputy Manager (Registered Nurse) position, working days only.

 

Person specification:


  • (Essential) Registration with the NMC as a Registered Nurse (RN Adult / RGN) or Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN / RMHN).
  • (Essential) Experience caring for older adults with complex health needs.
  • (Essential) Clinical leadership experience – e.g.

    conducting risk assessments and investigations, managing a budget, and supporting the development of a clinical team.
