Salary: £36k + Excellent Benefits

The Client:

The Role:

As a Sous Chef, you will support the Executive Chef in managing and overseeing kitchen operations.

Only candidates from the UK will be considered for this role.

Responsibilities:



* Lead, develop, and inspire the kitchen team.


* Contribute to delivering a premium dining experience.


* Collaborate on menu planning and food preparation.


* Assist in the daily operations of the kitchen.


* Monitor and manage stock levels.


Requirements:



* Previously worked as a Sous Chef or in a similar role.


* Extensive background in a dynamic, quality-focused kitchen.


* Demonstrated expertise in leading and nurturing a culinary team.


* Charismatic, creative, and experienced at the Sous Chef level.


* Must have the right to work in UK.
