Conveyancing Solicitor

Location: Northwich, Cheshire (Office based)

The Client:

Our client is a well-established legal firm, providing comprehensive legal services encompassing conveyancing, personal injury claims, wills, estate, probate matters, and more.

The Role:

As a Conveyancing Solicitor, you will manage residential conveyancing cases, with potential to expand into commercial conveyancing.

Responsibilities:



* Handling re-mortgages and managing transfer of equity.


* Facilitating right to buy transactions.


* Conducting sales and purchases.


* Overseeing transactions involving leaseholds.


* Managing lease extensions and overseeing deed variations.


* Handling shared ownership matters.


* Dealing with new build properties.


Requirements:



* Previously worked as a Fee earner, Solicitor or in a similar role.


* At least 2 years PQE in conveyancing.


* Background in handling own case load independently covering the full range of conveyancing transactions.


* Experience dealing with some commercial conveyancing matters would be preferred.
