Valuation Surveyor

Location: Oxford, Oxfordshire

Salary: Up to £45k + Excellent Benefits

The Client:

Our client is a well-established estate agency, specialising in commercial and residential sectors.

The Role:

As a Valuation Surveyor, you will grow the Rural valuations business, including loan security and tax reporting.

Responsibilities:



* Identify and pursue new business opportunities.


* Contribute to major projects and client reporting.


* Deliver valuation reports adhering to RICS standards.


* Enhance internal systems and processes for efficiency.


Requirements:



* Previously worked as a Valuation Surveyor or in a similar role.


* Minimum 2 years post-qualification experience.


* RICS Chartered status and FAAV registration.


* Strong knowledge of relevant legislation.


* Skilled in MS Office.


* AMC agent experience would be beneficial.


* Regional geographical knowledge would be preferred.


* Full UK driving licence.
