Job description


Carboline is looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist who will be responsible for the development and execution of the company's digital marketing strategy.

This person will report to the VP of Marketing.


Minimum Requirements:


4-year Business or Marketing degree or equivalent experience, minimum of 5 years' marketing experience.

Excellent communication skills required.

Essential Functions:

  • Coordinate the creation of digital content (website, blogs, press releases & podcasts)
  • Design digital media campaigns aligned with business goals
  • Maintain a strong online company voice through social media
  • Suggest and implement direct marketing methods to increase profitability
  • Conduct market research to identify customer trends, competitor offerings and demographic data
  • Monitor ROI and KPIs
  • Stay up-to-date with digital media developments
  • Research industry-related topics for trends and relevant topics in the industry
  • Develop SEO/SEM strategy
  • Help in outbound and inbound marketing activities by displaying expertise in certain areas such as advertising, social media, marketing automation, optimization and content development
  • Take on special assignments as directed by management
  • Ensure that Total Quality policies and procedures are met
  • Perform additional duties as assigned
  • Commit to the Company's safety and quality programs
