• Extensive Experience: A minimum of ten years in managing large IT projects, overseeing full life cycles from inception to operation.


• Operational Expertise: At least ten years managing IT operations for specialised applications within an enterprise environment.


• Process Management: Proven experience in introducing and restructuring operational processes (ITIL V3).


• Service Management: In-depth knowledge of IT service management and process management, with a strong emphasis on DevOps.


• Project Leadership: Skilled in both classic and agile (e.g., Scrum) project management methodologies.


• Language Proficiency: Fluent in German, both written and spoken.
