Location: Hillingdon

Full Time & Part-time roles available for supply teachers.

Salary: £140 - £180 a day depending on experience

We are currently looking for dedicated and flexible Supply Teachers to join our team and help maintain our high standards of teaching and learning in the absence of regular staff.

As a Supply Teacher, you will play a crucial role in delivering engaging and effective lessons across various subjects and year groups.

You will be responsible for maintaining the continuity of learning and managing classroom behaviour while ensuring that the needs of all students are met.

As a Supply Teacher you will be required to:

• Deliver pre-planned lessons, adapting them as necessary to meet the needs of the students.


• Maintain a positive and productive learning environment.


• Manage classroom behaviour effectively, ensuring that students are engaged and focused.


• Provide feedback on student progress and any issues encountered during lessons.


• Support and encourage students in their learning and development.


• Collaborate and communicate with other staff to ensure a cohesive approach to education.


• Implement school policies and procedures effectively.

The ideal candidate for a Supply Teacher will have:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent (essential).


• Strong knowledge of the national curriculum.


• Experience in teaching in primary/secondary settings (desirable).


• Excellent communication, organizational, and classroom management skills.


• Ability to adapt quickly to different teaching environments and situations.


• A commitment to providing high-quality education and fostering an inclusive atmosphere.
