Salary: £90 - £120 a day as a 1:1 learning support assistant

We are seeking a dedicated 1:1 Learning Support Assistant to join our team in Camden.

In this role, you will work closely with a student to provide personalized support and guidance to help them achieve their academic goals.

For this 1:1 learning support assistant tole you will need to implement new strategies and techniques to help the students overcome learning obstacles and to achieve to their full potential.

As a 1:1 learning support assistant you will be required to:

- Provide one-on-one support to a student with learning challenges
- Assist with academic tasks and assignments
- Implement strategies to help the student succeed in their learning
- Collaborate with teachers and parents to create a supportive learning environment
- Monitor and track the student's progress and provide feedback as needed

The ideal candidate for a 1:1 learning support assistant will have:

- Previous experience working in a similar role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Patience and empathy towards students with diverse learning needs
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to suit individual learning styles
- Relevant qualifications in education or special education
- Enhanced DBS on the update service
- Right to work within the UK
