We are looking for an Adult's Social Worker to join a Community Independence Team.

This role requires a Social Work Qualification with a minimum of 2 years post qualified experience.

About the team

This team works with each individual service users goals and aspirations, whilst working with their strengths and abilities to create the most fitting pathway plans.

Integration with the surrounding community and their natural support networks to ensure social connections is a key priority for the team.

The service is led with proactive and supportive management to make sure all cases are met with a strength-based approach.

About you

It is imperative to have a degree within Social Work (Degree/DipSW/CQSW) with a minimum of two years experience within adult's Social Work in order to be considered for this role.

Experience within a community orientated team lends well to this position.
