I am looking for a Children's Social Worker to join a Duty Team

THIS ROLE REQUIRES A SOCIAL WORK QUALIFICATION WITH A MINIMUM 3 YEARS POST QUALIFIED EXPERIENCE

About you

You will be an enthusiastic and committed Social Worker with substantial knowledge in a Children's setting.

You will have knowledge of key legislation as you will be working in accordance with it.

It is also essential to have a degree within Social Work (Degree/DipSW/CQSW).

A valid Social Work England registration is required.

Full UK driving license is preferred.

About the team

The nature of the work within the duty service can be described as fast paced, as a senior practitioner within the team in duty, you will work on one of the duty teams, only going on duty every 5 weeks.

The duty teams hold varying complexity of cases, in their duty service, case transfer points include the initial child protection case conference, the first CLA review, the first PLO meeting and the 3rd CIN meeting.
