My Client is an established law firm in the Midlands is seeking a skilled and experienced Private Client Solicitor and proactive and organised Private Client Paralegal to support their team.



 The role involves managing a diverse caseload of private client matters and delivering high-quality legal services and involves assisting with private client matters and ensuring efficient case management.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage a variety of private client matters with precision and expertise.
- Provide top-notch legal advice and maintain strong client relationships.
- Draft, review, and finalise legal documents with attention to detail.
- Ensure compliance with legal and firm standards.
- Collaborate with team members to deliver seamless service.
- Engage in business development and marketing activities.

Requirements:

- At least 2 years PQE in Private Client law.
- Strong knowledge of relevant areas such as wills, probate, and trusts.
- Excellent communication and client management skills.
- STEP membership or progress towards it is desirable.
