About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with the Head of Business Development & Marketing, contributing to various initiatives that drive the firm’s growth and visibility.

The successful candidate will assist in maintaining the firm’s online presence, coordinating marketing campaigns, supporting event planning, and creating impactful marketing materials.

This role offers hands-on experience in a professional services environment, ideal for someone eager to grow their marketing skills.

Key Responsibilities:

- Content Marketing:

- Assist in maintaining and growing the firm’s profile through website and LinkedIn content.
- Create and manage digital content, including blog posts, news updates, and case studies.
- Ensure all content aligns with the firm’s brand voice and messaging.
- Utilise SEO best practices to improve content visibility.

- Event Planning & Management:

- Support the planning and execution of internal and external events, such as seminars and corporate hospitality.
- Manage event logistics, invitations, and post-event follow-ups.

- Marketing Collateral Support:

- Assist in creating and updating marketing materials, including brochures and pitch documents.
- Help review and update lawyer profiles for the website and directories.

- PR & Communications Support:

- Assist in preparing press releases and managing the press list.
- Support in the preparation of award submissions and conference sponsorships.

- Research and Analysis:

- Conduct initial research on market trends and potential opportunities.
- Assist in competitor research and pre-pitch preparations.

Candidate Profile:

- Experience:

- Previous experience in a professional services environment is essential, with law firm experience being highly desirable.

- Skills:

- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, WordPress (or similar web platforms), and Campaign Monitor.
- Strong research skills and commercial awareness.

- Qualifications:

- A recognised marketing or relevant qualification (such as CIM Certificate or Diploma, PSMG Diploma in PSM).
- The firm may consider supporting further professional qualifications for the right candidate.

- Personal Attributes:

- High enthusiasm, self-motivation, and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Strong relationship-building skills with internal and external stakeholders.
