NQ Private Client Solicitor

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a NQ Private Client Solicitor to join our well-established client.

We are particularly interested in applications from confident self-starters who are not afraid to hit the ground running.

With a longstanding and loyal client base, the private client team cover the broad remit of matters including Wills, Trusts, Probate, Court of Protection matters and Powers of Attorney.



This role will also involve a broad range of Private Client work, specifically in matters relating to older and vulnerable clients, particularly in connection with the management of their financial affairs, as well as the preparation of Wills and Trusts for all types of clients.

As the successful NQ PC Solicitor will be joining an established, respected and growing team within the firm, there are excellent prospects for progression for a dynamic and ambitious person, and the chance to expand experience with a varied workload.



The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and have an empathetic manner.

They will also be expected to play a key role in developing and building the elderly client offerings through networking and business development.



The successful candidate will be at least NQ and will ideally have some experience in Wills and Probate, they will enjoy a full and varied caseload including Wills, Probate and Powers of Attorney matters and provide clients with a friendly, empathetic and professional service.
