Team Leader required to support our client in the beautiful setting of Michinhampton.

Supporting a young person with complex needs and a high level of behaviours that challenge with a care ratio of 4:1.

You must have the Right to Work in the UK.

About the role:

You will work with the senior team in the day to day running of the home, ensuring that the young person is in a safe and supported environment.

About you:

A successful candidate will have empathy, compassion, and a genuine concern for others and want to listen and empower vulnerable people.

You will have excellent communication skills and be committed to the role itself.

You will have experience as a senior support worker, team leader or manager within the social care sector.

Requirements for you as a Team Leader:

• Experience as a Senior Support Worker / Team Leader.


• Confident in leading shifts and supervising staff.


• Self-motivated individual with clear communication skills.


• Developing care plans and identifying agreed outcomes.
  
  


• Enhanced Child and Adult DBS on the Update Service.
  
  

Shift Times for you as a Team Leader:

• 2 x Days - 08:00 - 22:00


• 1 x Nights - 22:00 - 08:00


• Working 3 days on and 3 days off


• Candidate MUST be able to work full time hours


• 37.5 hours per week.
