I’m working with a market leading, competitive socialising concept with multiple sites across the UK.

As General Manager, you will drive the success of the venues, ensuring every guest leaves with a smile.

Bring your expertise in hospitality management and help with the progression of not just yourself but the company too!

Key responsibilities:

• Leading a fantastic team
• Uphold company standards
• Actively engage in all aspects of the operation, including gaming, food, beverage, events, sports, and staffing, while ensuring daily activities meet required standards.
• Create a happy, memorable experience for customers and staff
• Take full responsibility for all business processes and procedures, from daily transactions to inventory management

Ideal Candidate will have:

• 3 years plus of General Management experience in the hospitality F&B sector or leisure
• Be an innovative leader and motivator
• Be supportive and welcoming to those around you
• Good communication skills
• A quick thinker with a problem-solving attitude
• Most importantly, the ability to have fun
