Service Care Solutions are currently working alongside a well-established local authority based in Newcastle.

They are looking for a Housing Management Lawyer to join their growing team.

Role: Housing Management Lawyer

Rate: £50 - £60 an hour Umbrella

Location: Newcastle (Hybrid role)

Contract Length: 3 months on going

Responsibilities:

• Handle your own House Management Caseload from start to completion.


• Keep up-to-date with changes in housing legislation and advise clients accordingly.


• Be responsible for advising housing litigation matters, preparing court proceedings and documentation.

About you:

• A qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive or Barrister with 3 Years PQE in Housing law.


• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.


• Strong understanding of housing legislation, tenancy law, and property management.
