Join a dynamic insurance brokerage seeking an experienced Commercial Claims Handler.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Manage a varied caseload of commercial insurance claims

  • Liaise with clients, insurers, and loss adjusters

  • Negotiate settlements and resolve complex claim issues

  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and best practices

  • Provide exceptional customer service throughout the claims process

  • Identify trends and recommend process improvements


You Have:



  • Proven experience in commercial claims handling within a brokerage

  • Strong knowledge of commercial insurance products and claims processes

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills

  • Ability to manage multiple cases efficiently

  • Attention to detail and analytical problem-solving skills

  • FCA regulatory awareness
