Deputy Nursing Manager

Our client is urgently seeking a Clinical Deputy Care Manager to work within their friendly and welcoming 64 bedded home near Chelmsford.

Working with a Senior Clinical Care Manager, you and the team will provide all the necessary support to residents with a variety of needs.

As a Clinical Deputy Care Manager you will need to have a positive can do attitude, with strong leadership skills and coupled with a caring and engaging personality to ensure that your team and resident’s feel equally supported in your company.

Experience of working within dementia is very important and as a Clinical RGN you will need a valid NMC pin.

Our client expects a Clinical Deputy Care Manager to make a real difference within the home.

Amongst a range of duties, you will

-              Monitor standards of care delivered by staff

-              Implement policies and procedure

-              Ensure the home is fully staffed at all times

-              Be responsible for the wellbeing of each resident including any changes that may affect their care and what action needs to be taken.

-              Be a lead contact person for residents and their relatives and visitors as well as health and social care professionals involved in the delivery of specialist care
