Position: Support Worker (Days and Nights)

We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Support Workers to join our team at a Neurological Rehabilitation Centre in Grimsby.

Details:

  • Pay Rate: £11.44 - £12.50 per hour (based on experience and shift type)
  • Shifts: Flexible day and night shifts available

Requirements:

  • PMVA Certification (Prevention and Management of Violence and Aggression) required
  • Previous experience in a healthcare or rehabilitation setting is an advantage
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Compassionate approach with a commitment to patient care and safety

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist patients with daily activities, ensuring comfort and dignity throughout their rehabilitation
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to implement care plans effectively
  • Utilize PMVA techniques to maintain a safe, therapeutic environment for patients and staff
  • Record patient progress and report observations to the care team
