We are looking for an Adult Social Worker to join a Locality Team.

THIS POST REQUIRES A SOCIAL WORK QUALIFICATION OF A MINIMUM 2 YEAR POST EXPERIENCE.

About the team

This team works with vulnerable individuals aged 18+, within this team you will be working with those can might be elderly could have physical disabilities, learning disabilities or possible mental health difficulties.

You will have flexibilty to work from home on a hybrid basis.

This team will aim to aid those by supporting them with care plans, carrying out assessments and reviews over budgets.

About you

You will be completing the necessary assessments in relation to Adult Social Care.

A Social Work Degree/DipSW/CQSW within a minimum of 1 year post ASYE experience is required.

Experience of working with 65+, Physical Disabilities, Learning Disabilities, Mental Health/ and or hospital.
