Service Advisor - £25,000 – Independent – Derby

Our client, an independent in Derby, is looking for a Service Advisor to join their dynamic and busy Aftersales team.

The Service Advisor role comes with a competitive salary of £25,000, with an excellent benefits package.

Working Hours:

- Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM
- 1 in 3 Saturdays

Key Service Advisor Roles and Responsibilities:

- Ensure customers are aware of service and repair work required for their vehicles in a professional manner.
- As a Service Advisor, you will advise on timescales and collection arrangements.
- As a Service Advisor, maintain excellent customer service and communication throughout the service process.
- As a Service Advisor, ensure all vehicle records and paperwork are completed accurately and promptly.

Minimum Service Advisor Requirements:

- Experience in a similar role, such as Service Admin, Service Advisor, or similar positions.
- An ability to sell additional products and services to customers.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills suitable for a Service Advisor.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, essential for a Service Advisor.
