Job Title: Spa Manager
Salary: €40,000 euros gross per annum
Location: Milan, Italy
This prestigious luxury hotel in Milan, renowned for delivering exceptional guest experiences is seeking an experienced and dedicated Spa Manager to oversee our world-class spa, offering a serene escape in the heart of the city.
The ideal candidate needs to have previous experience in a similar position and have strong administration and finance skills.
Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day spa operations, ensuring a luxurious and seamless guest experience.
- Lead and develop a team of therapists and staff, maintaining high standards of service and professionalism.
- Ensure each guest receives personalized care, enhancing their overall spa experience.
- Oversee budgeting, revenue management, and cost control to meet financial targets.
- Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and service quality in all spa areas.
- Develop and execute strategies to promote spa services, attract guests, and drive revenue.
- Lead a team of 7
Qualifications:
- 3-4 years of experience in spa management, in a luxury hotel setting.
- Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
- Ability to manage financial performance and achieve revenue targets.
- Fluent in English and Italian.
