Cleaning/Oversight Lead – Washington DC - Up to $54,000

My client offers flexible-term apartments in various cities around the world, offering a seamless living experience.

They are seeking a Pit Stop Lead to ensure that all properties meet the highest standards of cleanliness and maintenance.

This role involves overseeing cleaning teams, conducting inspections, and coordinating with property management to maintain exceptional living conditions for guests.

You will coordinate with Operations Managers to ensure properties are fully equipped and ready for guest move-ins, and serve as the operational front-line, handling maintenance, repairs, and technology issues.

Oversee the housekeeping team to manage apartment turnovers, conduct inspections, and ensure each apartment meets business and guest quality standards.

Skills and Experience

• 3+ years of supervisory or managerial experience, particularly in leading field or housekeeping teams, is advantageous
• Skilled problem solver with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
• Capable of performing basic handyman tasks and managing minor household repairs
• Strong organizational abilities, with keen attention to detail and effective time management skills
• A full driver's license a must, enabling travel between properties as needed
