My client, a popular Tex-Mex casual dining restaurant, is seeking a General Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure a high-quality dining experience for guests.

The GM will lead a dedicated team, manage inventory, and control costs while driving profitability and growth.

This role also involves maintaining service excellence, upholding brand standards, and fostering a positive, energetic work environment.

Skills and Experience of a General Manager:

• Proven 3+ years’ experience in restaurant management
• Strong understanding of restaurant operations, including inventory management, scheduling, and cost control
• Commitment to delivering an exceptional guest experience and maintaining consistent service quality
• Experience with budgeting, P&L management, and strategies to enhance profitability
• Ability to assess situations quickly, make informed decisions, and effectively resolve challenges in a fast-paced environment
