My client, a popular Tex-Mex casual dining restaurant is seeking an Assistant General Manager to support daily operations and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

This role involves overseeing staff performance, managing inventory, and ensuring the restaurant runs smoothly during peak hours.

The Assistant General Manager will also assist in maintaining quality standards and implementing strategies to drive business growth.

Skills and Experience

• Minimum 3 years of experience in restaurant management with a proven track record of success
• In-depth knowledge of restaurant operations, including inventory management, staff scheduling, and cost control
• Strong commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences while maintaining consistent service quality
• Proficiency in budgeting, P&L management, and implementing strategies to boost profitability
