Nurse Clinical Manager

Role Overview:
As the Nurse Clinical Manager, you will be responsible for providing managerial and professional leadership to our clinical teams.
You will play a key role in the strategic development of the practice, ensuring that our services meet the highest standards of care.
You will lead by example, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and supporting the professional development of your team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, manage, and support the nursing and paramedic teams to deliver high standards of patient care.
- Provide professional leadership and mentorship, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with the senior management team to implement the practice's strategic goals.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
- Oversee clinical operations, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery.
- Manage budgets and resources effectively to optimize patient care services.
- Develop and implement clinical policies and procedures.
- Lead vaccination and immunization programs.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Relevant nursing/health degree.
- Significant post-registration experience in a clinical leadership role.
- Mentor/teaching qualification and experience in clinical supervision.
- Experience in managing patients with long-term and complex conditions.
- Knowledge of clinical governance, local and national health policy.
- Strong communication and leadership skills, with experience in managing change and conflict resolution.
Desirable:
- MSc or equivalent qualification.
- Experience in project management and working with community development initiatives.
- Knowledge of public health issues and determinants of health in the local area.
Personal Qualities:
- Highly motivated, self-directed, and enthusiastic.
- Flexible and adaptable, with a strong team-player mentality.
- Effective communicator, able to tailor communication to diverse audiences.
